Important Show Rules
- Exhibitors must pay all Lucky 8 Promotions trade show fees fourteen (14) days prior to an event.
- Booths should be clean, professional, and maintained throughout the event.
- All exhibits must comply with the safety regulations of the event and the venue.
- Lucky 8 Promotions’ badges must be worn at all times during an event.
- Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
- Exhibitors will arrange their booth(s) according to their contracted exhibition space.
- Booths must be staffed at all times during show hours. Failure to be open and presentable for the public will result in forfeiture of exhibition space and any trade show refund.
- All sales transactions must comply with local and state laws and regulations.
- An exhibitor assigned to a Lucky 8 Promotions exhibition space is subject to loss of assigned exhibition space if he or she fails to attend two Lucky 8 Promotions consecutive shows.
- Exhibitors are responsible for insurance covering any theft or damage to their own belongings during a Lucky 8 Promotions event.
- Subletting an exhibition space is prohibited.
